One of the benefits of dealing with Gundermann and Gundermann is the assistance we provide our clients when they have a claim. Our Claims Department is in close contact with every client from the beginning of the claim through its final resolution. We also work with our clients to reduce future claims and assist them when going through another insurance carrier for recoveries. Our goal is to make the claims process as easy as possible. Below you will be able to download any forms to facilitate your claims, as well as see a step-by-step procedure on how to file for any claim.

Managing the Claims Department is Dee Tompkins. Dee has over thirty years of claims experience in the insurance industry. She has worked for both major insurance carriers as well as agencies. She has earned insurance company certifications for homeowners and automobile losses in addition to serving as an expert witness in cases involving auto collision evaluation and settlement.

If it is after business hours and you would like to report a claim, please follow the instructions detailed below:

1. In the case of an emergency, refer to your policy to contact your company directly. You can also visit your carrier’s webpage as referenced below.
2. Any other claims matters, call the office and leave a message. Your call will be returned the next business day.
